The Courage Personal Training Team specialise in producing amazing results for its clients with maximal effect training sessions, implementing the smartest nutritional guidance, individually prescribed training programs & accountability from our experienced coaches


TRAINING

We maximise results in minimal time by combining the latest exercise science with traditional training principles and an emphasis on functional movement, ensuring we develop resilient bodies. We focus on injury prevention & establishing sustainable training methods.

NUTRITION

Work with our nutritionist to build a realistic and achievable plan to be the best version of yourself. Emma will work with you towards your unique health goals. You will be provided with education tailored to your needs to help obtain not only good health but to achieve your health goals.

ACCOUNTABLITY

Unique to Courage is our Triple Accountability Program. Sharing the responsibility is your Coach (training), Nutritionist Emma (healthy eating habits) & Member Success Manager Bec (supporting visitation goals & ensuring you maximise your membership benefits)

WELLNESS

The Birth of Courage​

Fed Up - After years of suffering the intimidation, negative culture, lack of help,  guidance & personalisation of local gyms, we decided to create our own alternative to help not only ourselves, but those closest to us. Hence,  a studio was built, many studies & qualifications achieved, & Courage Health & Fitness was born! We gained a small membership, were able to provide personal training, & were fortunate enough to create an environment where everyone felt welcome. However, we soon found that other than rapidly growing out of space, we were failing in our primary purpose.......

Our Why

Frustrated - Whilst we succeeded in providing personal service in a non-judgemental culture, we found that, just like normal gyms, we weren't able to truly address all the aspects essential to leading a happy, healthy life.Having seen first hand the negative affects of modern lifestyles, we were disappointed, to the point of embarrassment, that we didn't feel like we were able to provide all of the help the people around us needed. Through this period we were fortunate to receive a massive amount of feedback from our community about what their barriers, apprehensions, restrictions & ultimate goals were. We discovered there were many more things we could do & innovate, to help people succeed.

Challenge - So it was time for Courage to evolve, to create a facility, support system & experience second to none!

New Home Of Courage

Dreams - September, 2013, we began work on our dream Health & Fitness Centre. What began as a 3 month cosmetic renovation, turned into a 2 year complete overhaul! The more we researched how to best help people, the more opportunities we found to provide a better, more complete experience. We're proud to say that the Courage Team built our new home by hand, & hopefully our blood, sweat & broken bones reflect our commitment, drive & passion to support all those who need it, whatever age, physical condition or ability. We're forever grateful to our Courage Community for all of their help, input & support throughout this challenge. November 2015 saw the opening of the new Home of Courage, & so began the next step towards our goal of being your ultimate partner in your Health & Fitness Journey.
